I actually find my self getting mad & start bribing my son with chocolate and ice cream...it never works & we usually end up leaving in frustration.
Well, last nights attempt @ Christmas card pictures went something like that. I didn't get the "posed" picture that I wanted for the grandparents but I love the ones that I did get!

your definition of 'boy' is priceless... and yeah, I never get 'the' shot I am hoping for of my own kids. For us, if they're all in the frame, that's as good as it gets lol
